Faith Mennonite Fellowship
Faith Mennonite Fellowship is a conservative Anabaptist church affiliated with the Biblical Mennonite Alliance. One of their pastors, Jeremy Weaver, approached me in the spring of 2010 to see about creating them a website. They did not have a domain name or any other information, only a goal in mind and information to help obtain that goal. I was more than happy to head the project up.
Working closely with Mr. Weaver, I attempted to pull together a template built on the WordPress framework that was suitable for the image of their church. I rested finally on an older leather look, symbolizing the foundational and old country image of the Anabaptists. This translated into a website with full-width pages, complete with a Statement of Faith as well as interactive Google map directions to their church, and also a Ministries page. The footer contains the latest News of the church, and updates automatically. The church’s hours of worship and a link to read more are clearly visible on the home page.
