Founded in late 2009 by Ryan Wallace, Maroon Works Media is a local-owned and operated web and graphic design company dedicated to providing quality and innovative design and print media to small business owners and individuals. Based in the great land of Starkville, MS, Maroon Works derives its name from Mississippi State University’s primary color: maroon.

Originally founded as a way to earn some dollars on the side, Maroon Works, although still in its infancy, now seeks to acquire an impressive portfolio by helping people make themselves known – whether through advertising, print media, or web design. We are all about making “the little guy” feel like the “Big Dawg.”

The Owner

Ryan Wallace is a self-taught designer and developer with several years of experience in web and online media. He is currently a full-time student at Mississippi State University pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. When he’s not pouring over the calculus, or pouring coffee down his throat by the gallon, you’ll find him mixing up goodness with WordPress and Photoshop. His favorite hobbies are: spending time with his wife, spending time with his wife, and coffee. Okay, so coffee’s not a hobby. Big deal. He also really likes coffee.
